Ø  Co-Principle Investigator: on project entitled “Therapeutic efficacy and toxicity studies of Nandhi mezhugu and Cancergajkesari   in 7-12 dimethyl  benzanthracene (DMBA) induced mammary tumors in rats” in collaboration with Department of Pathology, Madras Veterinary College

Ø  Conducted theory and practical classes for P.G. students from National Institute for Siddha, Tambarum in the month of July and August, 2006.

Ø  Research experience in  evaluation of Siddha metallic preparations for safety, efficacy and estimation of metals in serum and tissue (Vital organs):

1.   Evaluation of safety and efficacy profiles of anti-arthritic Siddha metallic   preparation ‘Idivallathi mezhugu’ in rats.

2.   Evaluation of safety profile of anti-anaemic Siddha metallic preparation of  Aya chendooram’ in laboratory animals.

3.   Repeated 90 days toxicity study of anti-diabetic Siddha metallic preparation of ‘Velvanga  parpam’  in laboratory animals. 

Ø  Guided 13 students from various college from chennai who have completed their research project/work and submitted their thesis to the respective University on the following topics:
